Updated Model Forms for the Fair Credit Reporting Act Summaries of Rights

Good afternoon,

The Bureau has issued an interim final rule to update model forms for the Summary of Consumer Identity Theft Rights and the Summary of Consumer Rights in Regulation V. The updates include incorporating a notice required by the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act.  You can access the interim final rule on the Bureau's website.
