Two Fixed Income Trust For ConocoPhillips Notes, Series 2014-A Raised


NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Dec. 6, 2018--S&P Global Ratings today raised 
its ratings on two classes of Fixed Income Trust for ConocoPhillips Notes, 
Series 2014-A's $10 million fixed-income trust callable certificates to 'A' 
from 'A-'.

Our ratings on the class A-1 and A-2 certificates are dependent on our rating 
on the underlying security, ConocoPhillips' 6.50% senior notes due Feb. 1, 
2039 ('A'). 

Today's rating action reflects the Nov. 19, 2018, raising of our rating on the 
underlying security to 'A' from 'A-'. For more information, see "ConocoPhillips

We may take subsequent rating actions on this transaction due to changes in 
our rating assigned to the underlying security.
