Monroe County Health Care Authority, AL, Debt Ratings Withdrawn On Lack Of Timely Information


NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) March 15, 2019--S&P Global Ratings removed its 
'BBB' long-term rating on Monroe County Health Care Authority, Ala.'s rated 
debt from CreditWatch, where it was placed with negative implications Dec. 14, 
2018. S&P Global Ratings then withdrew its ratings on the debt.

"This action follows attempts by us to obtain timely information of 
satisfactory quality to maintain our rating on the securities in accordance 
with our applicable criteria and policies," said S&P Global Ratings credit 
analyst Anne Cosgrove. The rating's withdrawal was preceded, in accordance 
with our policies, by any change to the rating that we consider appropriate 
given available information.
