IFRS Reconciliation Adjustments for AXIOS Sustainable Growth Acquisition Corporation Class A Ordinary Shares

  1. Such an expectation must be based on an economic relationship between the characteristics of the liability and the characteristics of the other financial instrument.
  2. Interest Rate Benchmark Reform, which amended IFRS 9, IAS 39 and IFRS 7, issued in September 2019, added Section 6.8 and amended paragraph 7.2.26.
