The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF)

The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) is a non-profit organization that was established in 1987 to support and promote educational opportunities for students attending historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs). The organization is named after Thurgood Marshall, the first African American Supreme Court Justice.

The TMCF provides scholarships, internships, leadership development programs, and other resources to help students attending HBCUs to achieve academic success and prepare for professional careers. The organization also partners with corporations, government agencies, and other organizations to promote diversity and inclusion in higher education and the workforce.

The TMCF has a network of member schools that includes 47 public HBCUs and six law schools. The organization also provides support and resources to alumni of HBCUs through its alumni association.

Overall, the Thurgood Marshall College Fund is dedicated to helping students attending HBCUs to achieve their academic and professional goals, and to promoting diversity and inclusion in higher education and the workforce.
