Application
You will need to apply for open positions via e-mail and upload your resume. A recruiter will review your resume and reach out to you for a phone interview.
Interview on the Phone
If your application meets our criteria, our recruiter will reach you for an interview over the phone, and your purpose and goals will be examined in detail.
Evaluations
We will invite you for evaluations later.
Students and recent graduates: Especially for consulting positions, cases are part of the assessment. In some of our business units, technical translation may be requested.
Experienced candidates: The assessment is usually done in English. Especially for consulting positions, cases are part of the assessment.
Interviews
If your assessment meets our criteria, you will be invited to an interview.
This interview (30 min - 1 h) is held with a business expert or an HR recruiter to get to know you better by assessing your education, work experience and interests, your goals for the position and the company. This meeting is also an opportunity for you to get information about us.
If you are evaluated positively, you will be invited to a final interview with one of our Company Partners/Directors from the relevant business area (30-60 minutes).
Offer
We will let you know the result within 15 days after the interview.
Reference checks are made for experienced candidates before the proposal stage.
