In this paper, we introduce a new prediction model depend on Bidirectional Gated Recurrent Unit (BGRU). Our predictive model relies on both online financial news and historical stock prices data to predict the stock movements in the future.(Obthong, M., Tantisantiwong, N., Jeamwatthanachai, W. and Wills, G., 2020. A survey on machine learning for stock price prediction: algorithms and techniques.)** We evaluate Biotech Acquisition Company Class A Ordinary Shares prediction models with Inductive Learning (ML) and Stepwise Regression ^{1,2,3,4} and conclude that the BIOT stock is predictable in the short/long term. **
