Modelling A.I. in Economics

The United Negro College Fund (UNCF)

The United Negro College Fund (UNCF) is an American philanthropic organization that was established in 1944 to provide financial support and other resources to historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) and their students. The UNCF's mission is to increase the number of African American college graduates, and to help ensure that those graduates are prepared for successful careers and leadership roles.

The UNCF provides a wide range of programs and services to help students prepare for and succeed in college, including scholarships, internships, fellowships, and academic support programs. The UNCF also provides funding and support to HBCUs to help them improve their facilities, academic programs, and other resources.

The UNCF is supported by a wide range of corporations, foundations, and individual donors, and has raised billions of dollars over the years to support its mission. Some of the organization's most well-known fundraising events include the UNCF Walk for Education, the Mayor's Masked Ball, and the UNCF Evening of Stars.

The UNCF has played a significant role in promoting higher education and economic mobility for African Americans and other underrepresented groups, and continues to be a leading advocate for equity and access in higher education.
